In following paragraphs we have outlined the terms and conditions of purchase. We recommend you to read them before placing your order. Please note that placing your order will mean your agreement to these terms and conditions.

As the nature of Information Technology and internet environment is still unpredictable, we do not guarantee or take any responsibility of the functionality or operation of this web site. Also, we do not take any responsibility for any computer virus infection occurring to your computer due to visiting GiftDomain web site, or the server where it is hosted. We do not take any responsibility for any financial losses occurring to you due to these infections.
It is, therefore, at your own risk you are accessing this web site or the hosting server. GiftDomain shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to your use of or inability to access this site.
We have tried to display our products and related information as accurately as possible. The display of the colour and texture, however, also depends on the display settings in your computer. We, therefore, do not guarantee that the color and texture of the product delivered will be exactly same as you saw on your screen.
We have tried to present the product description as accurate as possible. We do not, however, guarantee that the information is 100% accurate. We reserve the right to correct any such error when noticed.
Some of the products displayed at GiftDomain
site may be accompanied with items such as pencil or ruler. These accompanying
items are not part of the sale but to give you the feel of size and shape of the
actual product on display.
List of the products displayed on GiftDomain site constantly change, as many of these products are seasonal. We do not guarantee that any product will be available when you visit the site next.
If a product ordered can not be delivered
with in the time selected by the customer, a substitute may be offered. Customer
may decline the offer and ask for credit of the amount paid to GiftDomain.
GiftDomain gift vouchers can be used to buy products of your choice from the stores listed on the back of the voucher, or in the documents attached to it.
These vouchers can not be exchanged for cash - fully or partly.
All the carrying amount of GiftDomain gift voucher must be spent in a single purchase. No change will be returned if the voucher is not fully spent. Any extra amount spent should be paid by the voucher holder.
Please note that some of the stores may not accept GiftDomain gift vouchers to buy discounted items.
GiftDomain gift vouchers should be used within twelve months of the issue date. Issue dates are mentioned on each voucher. After twelve months, these vouchers will expire and can not be used.
GiftDomain does not take any responsibility for the loss of GiftDomain gift vouchers. A replacement voucher will not be issued if the voucher was lost (this is to avoid the situations when voucher was reported lost but found later and used).
Each voucher will have the name of the person
it was gifted to. These vouchers are not transferable, and only the person with
his/her name on the voucher can use it.
98% of the orders placed with GiftDomain reached their destination within the time selected by the buyer. The orders which reached late were mainly in peak seasons like Christmas. GiftDomain has very strict guide lines for the shipping companies to deliver the product in time. Although we try our best to make sure your gifts are delivered in time, we do not take any responsibility for delayed delivery, and shall not be liable for damages of any kind related to these delays.
For ‘Shipping within 24 hours’ option orders should be placed before 11:00 AM Sydney time. Orders placed after that time may take longer than 24 hours.
Delivery Addresses
Please note that it's buyer's responsibility to provide correct and complete
shipping and billing addresses.
GiftDomain will not be responsible for delays or deliveries to wrong address, occurred
due to incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
Also, only residence or business (street) addresses are acceptable for shipping and billing. PO Box or Mail Box address can not be accepted.
Shipping Type
GiftDomain offers more than one type of shipping to some countries. These options are based on the availability of secured and cost effective shipping for a country. The type of shipping are as follows:
Ordinary/Regular Parcels
Express Parcels
Courier Service
Ordinary and Express parcels are unsecured. These parcels are generally delivered by the Government postal services. Carrier Service parcels are secured, fast and efficient.
It is recommended that Ordinary/Regular
parcels or Express Parcels not to be used in countries where postal services are unreliable. Many
Asian, African, South American and East European countries fall in this
category. Courier Service parcels are better option for deliveries in such
countries.
Products purchased will be shipped from Australia. Some countries may have import Duty, or similar charges, on the products shipped from overseas.
The recipient of the product will be
responsible for paying such duties or charges. GiftDomain cannot be held
responsible should local custom authorities wish to confiscate the product/s, or
charge any import duty.
Except items in its factory packing, packaging will be done in cardboard boxes. These boxes, if instructed by the customer, will be wrapped in gift wrapping papers and then placed either in a shipping box or pouch.
Your personalized message, if
provided, will be
printed on a gift card and placed with the gift.
Products purchased can be returned for credit or exchanged within 10 days from the date it was received, on the following conditions:
-a call is made to GiftDomain before product
is returned,
-proof of purchase is provided,
-product is returned in original condition and packing, accompanying all the
enclosed documents, and the delivery slip,
-reason for your return is written at the bottom part of the delivery slip,
-product is securely packed, pre-paid, and insured to:

Promotional products and Corporate gifts that has been customized with business name, logo etc. can not be returned.
Items such as cosmetics, perfumery, toiletry,
jewelry, clothing, perishable products etc. can not be returned due to health
and hygiene reasons.
We accept payments through credit cards only. Acceptable credit cards are listed at Home and Payment pages. Customers will be required to provide credit card details in a Secured Real Time Transaction Processing System.
Customers can choose from five currencies to make their payments. The total payment amount is automatically converted to these currencies. The acceptable currencies for payment are Australia Dollar, US Dollar, Pound Sterling, Euro, and Japanese Yen. Please select the currency of your choice at Payment page.
Approved corporate/business customers with a GiftDomain
account can pay by check. Please note that all the payments must be made
within two weeks from receiving the invoice. A longer credit period should be
arranged in advance.
GiftDomain is committed to protect the information provided by the customer. We shall never sell or pass these information to anyone. GiftDomain may use some of these information for internal purposes - mainly to inform the customers about specials being offered on various occasions. You may, however, get your name removed from these mailing lists by sending us a reply email with "remove" in the subject.
When your order and information has been received by GiftDomain, no one but few highly reliable and trusted processing staff will have the access to it.
We use cookies to make download speed faster, and to
identify your visit to the site next time. This will also eliminate the need for
you to reenter most of the information you provided when you shopped first time
at GiftDomain. By entering this site you agree to allow GiftDomain to collect
these information.

Your online payment and account information is stored and
maintained in a secure location (WorldPay's system) separate from this
(GiftDomain's) web site.
GiftDomain and WorldPay have taken strict measures to secure the credit card information you leave when shopping at GiftDomain.
These measures, however, can not stop the person who may use your credit card without your authorization, or steal your credit card and use it before you notify the credit card company. GiftDomain shall help you to resolve such situations but do not take responsibility for any loss occurred to the card holder. Any refunds, therefore, will be given at the discretion of the GiftDomain Management.
Please contact your credit card company about
its specific refund policies.
GiftDomain reserves the right to alter any of these terms and conditions.
For service quality assurance or security reasons GiftDomain may occasionally monitor or record some of the telephone communication between the customer and GiftDomain staff.
This agreement is governed by and
shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New South
Wales, Australia, and the parties submit to jurisdiction of the courts of
that State.
