Q. Is it secure to leave my credit card details on your web site?

A. You will not leave your credit card details at GiftDomain's web site.

When you have selected the item/s to purchase and are ready to pay, you will be transferred to WorldPay's Secured Server. WorldPay is one of the longest established companies providing sophisticated, cutting edge credit card checking and authorisation systems. GiftDomain uses WorldPay services to make sure that the credit card information you provide is extremely secured.

Q. Will my gift reach its destination in time?

A. 98% of the gifts we dispatch will reach its destinations in time. Exceptions, generally, have been during peak periods such as Christmas. Please see 'Terms and Conditions of Purchase' for more information.

Q. Can I change the gift I want to send?

A. Though our policy is to avoid it, you can change the item before it has been packed. Generally it is done within few hours of your final order.

We try to offer you our quality gift items at lower prices than others. This is done by keeping our administrative costs and the overheads to a bare minimum. Changing your gift items after the final order does create extra administrative work for us.
